Welcome to the results of the Tunit 2010 Customer Survey
At Tunit we take customer care seriously and think it's the most important part of what we do. Our 3 Year Product Warranty and 3 Year Part Exchange Program ensure all our customers receive a high level of aftercare. To help improve things further, we surveyed almost 9,000 Tunit customers (including those who haven't yet purchased a tunit) to gauge feedback on our products and services.

Fuel Savings
When we questioned our customers about how important they considered fuel prices in the 2010 General Election, the result showed 92% thought fuel prices were an important or crucial issue, more important than National Insurance and interest rates. Based on this we wanted to establish how many of these saved with Tunit.
A staggering 75% of customers showed a significant saving with the Tunit installed with savings of up to and above £40 per month.
Driving with Tunit
We asked customers who had already purchased whether they agreed or disagreed with a range of factors once they had fitted a tunit to their vehicle.
Over 90% experienced more power, 88% agreed that towing was improved (on aggregate, excluding people who did not tow) and over 80% of people agreed the tunit gave a more enjoyable and easier to drive.
Safety
We questioned customers who had not yet purchased about their concerns and why they hadn't purchased. It seemed 71% were concerned about damaging their engine, while another 58% would seriously consider purchasing a tunit if we offered an engine warranty.
Unfortunately the only area Tunit seems to fail on here is getting our good news over. Tunit offer a FREE engine and driveline warranty. This comprehensive warranty was only provided by the world's largest insurance company because of the perfect record of Tunit having no failures.
Value for Money
We asked customers if they thought the tunit was good value for money. The result tends to speak for itself...
